During the dyeing of knitted cotton fabrics, the quality of the fabric before dyeing directly determines the final dyeing results. Therefore, obtaining a clean, smooth fabric with good absorbency is essential for achieving high-quality dyeing. Insufficient fabric cleanliness may leave natural impurities on the fabric, affecting the uniform penetration of dyes. Excessive surface fuzz can reduce fabric smoothness and hand feel.
