Pilling, uneven dyeing, and dull fabric luster — these are common quality issues frequently encountered in dyeing factories. RF838-W(D) is also a complex enzyme system composed of amylase, cellulase and pectinase, working synergistically. Under optimal conditions at 55°C for 60 minutes, these biological enzymes efficiently remove starch sizes and impurities from the fabric, while simultaneously performing bio-polishing to eliminate surface pillings. Compared to the two-step process using RF838-W for scouring followed by a separate cellulase polishing step, RF838-W(D) consolidates the two processes — originally requiring a total of 90 minutes (30 minutes for scouring + 60 minutes for polishing) — into a single 60-minute step, achieving a 33% reduction in processing time. When benchmarked against the conventional high-temperature, strong-alkali process (operating at 70°C), RF838-W(D) lowers the reaction temperature by 15°C, resulting in substantially reduced energy consumption.
