Tired of the high temperatures and massive water consumption required in denim washing processes?Biological enzymes offer the perfect solution. Treated at 55°C for 40 minutes, it accomplishes both desizing and stone washing effects for jeans washing.More importantly, the addition of cellulase can replace the pumice stones to achieve abrasion fading effects. In oder to improve indigo dye,it requires to add anti-staining angents during the processes of desizing and bio-stoning.It is called NP2. In addition, the main material of cold bleaching enzyme BEW®is peroxidase,the peroxidase produced by BBT enzyme, it can achieve bleaching effect by reacting at 35°C for 30 minutes.
