[PROCESSING]

1.desizing, use JFA16 -9.3%dilution: 0.3%owf, 100kg jeans use 300gram JFA16 -9.3%dilution product, running 65℃ * 15minutes, use 100gram BBT anti back staining agent NP13.Drain out the water and pour the new water inside machine .

2.Abrasion with 0-50% pumice , use NEF2104 : 0.3%owf, 100kg jeans use 300 gram NEF2104 ,running 50℃ *30-40minutes, use 100 gram BBT anti back staining agent NP13. customer can reduce 50 % -100% pumice .Drain out the water and pour the new water inside machine .

3.Laca- 597, 0.3%owf,100kg jeans use 300gram Laca-597,drain out the water and start bleaching and finishing.
