【USAGE DATA】

PH: 6.5-7.5

Temp: 30℃-60℃

The best temp:40-55℃

Bath ratio: 1:4-1:10

Run time: 5-15 minutes.

【DOSAGE】

 【PROCESSING】

1.After neutralization , drain out the water

2.Fill the new water in the dyeing machine . Adjust PH 6.5-7.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃, add BBT catalase CATANA® CA300G to decompose hydrogen peroxide and run at 40-55 ℃ more than 5-10 minutes.

3.Add BBT neutral cellulase NEF®2100 in the attach tank and stir it 3 minutes, then pump out the enzyme dilution to the main tank for bio-polishing process

4.Keep temperature at setting 40-55 ℃ and run 30-60 minutes for bio-polishing performance.

【Storage】

Keep it cool, ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27°C. Avoid direct sunlight.

【Safe Guarding】

If irritation is noted, immediately flush eyes with a directed steam of water for at least 15 minutes, while keeping the forcible eyelids apart to ensure complete irrigation of all eye and lid tissue.
