【USAGE DATA】

The preferred conditions for the laundry application are:

PH:6-11.5

Dosage: 0.05%-0.1% of detergent weight.

Temperature:30-60℃.

Treatment time:short or standard washing cycle.

The recommended dosage will vary according to detergent formulations and washing conditions, and the desired level of performance should be based on the experimental results.

【APPLICATION AND BENEFITS】

GENSOFT 460 is a liquid multifunctional combined enzyme which include Alkaline Protease, Cellulase, Amylase,Mannanase,Lipase .The enzyme preparation is in particular suitable for liquid detergent formulation.

➢ Prevention and removal of fuzz and pills， keeps garments looking new and attractive for longer by reduction of visible wear.

➢ Hydrolyses insoluble starch stains and it is effective on starchy products such as rice, potato, corn, wheat, etc

➢ It hydrolyses triglyceride based stains on the fabric. It is effective on stains based on natural fats and oils, specific cosmetic stains and sebum residues

➢ Removal of food stains based on mannan food thickeners,removal of pigment dirt

【 STORAGE 】

Keep it cool,ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27℃. Avoid direct sunlight. Extended storage or adverse conditions such as high temperature may lead to higher dosage requirement.

When handling enzyme products avoid the formation of aerosol and dust of the product. Repeated inhalation of enzyme aerosol or dust may provoke sensitization of the respiratory organs.
