【DOSAGE】

The dosage is 0.15-0.2%O.W.F(Depend On Weight Of Fabric)

【PROCESSING】

For Towel- Without bleaching:

1.After neutralization , drain out the water .

2.Fill water in the dyeing machine. Adjust PH to 6.5-7.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃

3.For pure cotton fabric ,add NCP20 run at 40-55℃ at least 30 minutes then dyeing.

For Towel-After bleaching:

1. After neutralization , drain out the water .

2. Fill water in the dyeing machine. Adjust PH to 6.0 -6.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃

3. Decompose hydrogen peroxide with BBT catalase CATANA® CA300G or CA1100L and run at 40-55℃ more than 10 minutes.

4. Bio-polishing with BBT neutral cellulase NCP20 and run at 40-55℃ at least 30-40 minutes then dyeing.

【Storage】

Keep it cool, ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27°C. Avoid direct sunlight.

【Safe Guarding】

If irritation is noted, immediately flush eyes with a directed steam of water for at least 15 minutes, while keeping the forcible eyelids apart to ensure complete irrigation of all eye and lid tissue.
