The preferred conditions for the laundry application are:

P H: 6.0-11.5

Dosage: 0.4-0.6% of detergent weight

Temperature : 30-60℃

Treatment time: short or standard washing cycle

The recommended dosage will vary according to detergent formulations and washing conditions, and the desired level of performance should be based on the experimental results.

【APPLICATION AND BENEFITS】 

Alkaline Protease GENSOFT® BT-300GBS-XC is a coated granular protease preparation for detergents. It hydrolyses insoluble protein stains to soluble peptides and amino acids which can easily be removed from the tableware. It primarily used in the daily chemical cleaning industry for removing protein-based stains, BT-300GBS-XC employs a multi-layer coating technology and is suitable for formulation in dishwashing detergents, including dish tablets and dishwashing liquid. As a high-concentration raw material grade product, BT-300GBS-XC is supplied to laundry powder factories and manufacturers of solid cleaning products.

【 STORAGE 】

Store it below 25℃ or preferably below 10℃ to ensure the maximum shelf life. Extended storage or adverse conditions such as high temperature may lead to higher dosage requirement.

When handling enzyme products avoid the formation of aerosol and dust of the product. Repeated inhalation of enzyme aerosol or dust may provoke sensitization of the respiratory organs.
