【USAGE DATA】

PH: 6.0-7.0

Temp: 30℃-50℃

Bath ratio: 1:4-1:8

Run time: 30-50 minutes.

【DOSAGE】 

0.25% O.W.F, or 0.3 g/L. Depend on Weight of Fabric. Optimum dosage as per lab trials and making adjustment based on the denim garment difference.

【PROCESSING】

>Traditional Washing Machine(with water & stone free):

First step :desizing purpose, use BBT amylase and BBT anti back staining agent NP13,desizing 10 minutes at 60℃, drain out the water.

Second step :Abrasion purpose, use BBT stone free enzyme NEF®GP3 and BBT anti back staining agent NP13, running 50 minutes at 50℃, drain out the water.

Third step : Bleaching .

>Fog/Spray washing process (less water & stone free):

First step :desizing purpose, use BBT amylase and BBT anti back staining agent NP13,desizing 10 minutes at 60℃, drain out the water.

Second step :Abrasion purpose, use BBT stone free enzyme NEF®GP3and BBT anti back staining agent NP13, running 60 minutes at 50℃

Third step:Washing the floating color by BBT anti back staining agent NP13 Forth step:Bleaching .

【CAUTIONS】 This product is nontoxic but not edible. Keep out of reach of children. Please see doctor as soon as possible after taking it incorrectly avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of accidental, rinse with water for 15 minutes at least.

【STORAGE】 Keep it cool, ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27℃. Avoid direct sunlight. Extended storage or adverse conditions such as high temperature may lead to higher dosage requirement
