【DOSAGE】 

O.W.F(Depend On Weight Of Fabric)

【PROCESSING】

For knitted fabric - Without bleaching:

1 , After neutralization , drain out the water .

2 , Fill water in the dyeing machine. Adjust PH to 6.5-7.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃

3, For pure cotton fabric ,add NEF®2100 run at 40-55℃ at least 30 minutes then dyeing.

For knitted or woven fabric - After bleaching:

1 , After neutralization , drain out the water .

2 , Fill water in the dyeing machine. Adjust PH to 6.0 -6.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃

3 , Decompose hydrogen peroxide with BBT catalase CATANA® CA300G and run at 40-55℃ more than 10 minutes.

4 , Biopolishing with BBT neutral cellulase NEF®2100 and run at 40-55℃ at least 30-40 minutes then dyeing.

【Storage】

Keep it cool, ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27°C. Avoid direct sunlight.

【Safe Guarding】

If irritation is noted, immediately flush eyes with a directed steam of water for at least 15 minutes, while keeping the forcible eyelids apart to ensure complete irrigation of all eye and lid tissue.
