➢ Light color dyeing
1. Put the knit & towel fabrics and cotton yarn into dyeing machine and add the water . Temperature set up to 55℃.
2. Add RF838-K. Run at 55℃ for 20 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes, put caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide into the tank .
4. Heat above 80-110℃ and kiering about 45 minutes
➢ Medium and dark color dyeing
1. Put the knit & towel fabrics and cotton yarn into dyeing machine and add the water. Temperature set up to 55℃.
2. Add RF-838-K Run at 55℃ for 20minutes.
3. After 20 minutes , raise temperature to 80-110℃ and kiering about 40 minutes.
Keep it cool, ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27°C. Avoid direct sun-light.
