【PROCESSING】
➢ For knitted fabric - Without bleaching:
1. After neutralization , drain out the water.
2. Filling water into the dyeing machine. Adjust PH to 6.5-7.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃
3. For pure cotton fabric ,add NEF®2100 run at 40-55℃ at least 45minutes then dyeing.
➢ For knitted or woven fabric - After bleaching:
1. After neutralization , drain out the water.
2. Filling water in the dyeing machine. Adjust PH to 6.0 -6.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃
3. Decompose hydrogen peroxide with BBT catalase CATANA® CA-300 and run at 40-55℃ around 10 minutes.
4. Bio-polishing with BBT neutral cellulase NEF®2100 and run at 40-55℃ at least 10minutes ,don't drain water, then directly increase the temp and dyeing.
